This inaugural Welcoming Schools report from the Human Rights Campaign Foundation (HRCF) celebrates the accomplishments of a program that began as a local community effort with a small group of parents in elementary schools and has grown to a national program committed to affirming LGBTQ+ youth and children in Pre-K-12 schools across the United States.
